ANDRUS' Mental Health Division in Peekskill is seeking Per Diem Child Psychiatrist.  The Staff Psychiatrist provides psychiatric services to children and families.   The Per Diem Child Psychiatrist is under the supervision of Chief of Psychiatry.  Position requires availability for at least 6 hours per week, starting off.
Minimum Requirements:
•    Current New York State Physician License and DEA registration, plus board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry
•    Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
•    Excellent analytical and clinical skills to resolve complex clinical and diagnostic problems.
•    Strong computer skills with knowledge of EMR.
•    Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Ability to meet session productivity standards.
•    Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license
•    Physical Requirements:

The Family Center is an outpatient department that specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and families that have experienced or are at risk for neglect, abuse and violence exposure.

This opportunity is a full-time position at the Department of Psychiatry working in The Family Center at Kennedy Krieger Institute. This position may include a faculty appointment with research opportunities at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, depending upon the candidate’s experience.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine faculty rank will be commensurate with experience. Part time Child Psychiatrist

The Board of Child Care in Maryland is looking for a trauma informed part time Child Psychiatrist, BC or BE to work in its child and youth serving programs, in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Calvert and St. Mary’s Counties.  The overall expectations are regularly scheduled consultations to be used for child and adolescent evaluation, treatment planning conferences, medication management. Other responsibilities include timely documentation, including intake evaluations and treatment records, as well as documentation necessary to meet insurance and billing requirements.  A trauma informed approach in Outpatient with a collaborative treatment philosophy needed. Knowledge of Adolescent Pharmacotherapy required.  MD license and DEA certified required.
