On June 17-18, 2025, nearly 700 Network Members came together for the 2025 Virtual NCTSI All Network Conference (ANC) for a 2-day event packed with learning, collaboration, and connection. The conference focused on critical topics like Secondary Traumatic Stress and trauma-informed suicide prevention, giving attendees practical tools to strengthen their work.

What Participants Loved

  • Actionable Strategies: Many left ready to expand suicide screening, enhance staff support, and integrate trauma-informed supervision into their organizations.
  • Valuable Tools: CE-CERT [2] (Components for Enhancing Clinician Engagement and Reducing Trauma) and advanced supervision techniques were among the most praised resources.
  • Interactive Formats: Based on past feedback, new session styles were introduced this year to help participants apply what they learned.

Opportunities for Growth

While the virtual format offered convenience, some participants missed the deeper engagement of in-person events. Suggestions for future conferences included:

  • Clearer logistics and navigation
  • Better language accommodations (ASL and Spanish)
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to boost professional value

The 2025 ANC proved that meaningful learning and connection are possible in a virtual format, and the feedback will help shape an even stronger experience next time.
