Summarizes findings from a survey done by the NCTSN Refugee Working Group Sites in 2004. This report describes the sites, the populations served, the services offered, assessment, staff and training, interpreters, barriers to services, collaboration and outreach, lessons learned, how to enhance services for refugee populations, and future directions.
