TESI-PRR, TESI-CRF - Traumatic Events Screening Inventory Parent Report Revised (TESI-PRR) and Child Report Form (TESI-CRF)

The TESI assesses exposure to potentially traumatic events including non-interpersonal (accident, illness, disaster), interpersonal (physical, sexual, emotional abuse; physical, emotional neglect, witnessing family or community violence, peer/sibling victimization, kidnapping, war, parental impairment) and loss (primary caregiver, family members). Events are identified with probes for onset, offset, person(s) involved, and DSM-IV Criterion A2 fear, helplessness, horror.
