Describes the role of a mental health professional on a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) at a CAC. This fact sheet gives guidance on how CAC's can fully integrate a mental health professional on to a MDT, on how to incorporate a collaborative mental health case planning and treatment process into a MDT and its case review, and the role of the CAC if they refer clients out for mental health treatment.
